We offer screen-printing, embroidery, signs, banners, car magnets, vehicle lettering, photo restoration, posters, stickers, promotional items and much more.
Our storefront is open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm and the first Saturday of every month from 10am-2pm. Our production building is open Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Both locations are closed for most federal holidays.
Not for the storefront. If you need to come to production for any reason however you will need an appointment. All art time requires an appointment.
We require 50% deposit on all orders. We accept school purchase orders, and most federal purchase orders. Credit terms may have to be established prior to acceptance of Purchase Orders.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover as well as Personal checks or cash.
It's our goal and commitment to provide the best quality custom products available and we stand behind our work. We will be happy to fix any mistake made by FireLake Designs; all we ask is that you report the mistake to us within 48 hours after you receive your order. At our discretion we will replace items or refund your money should there be a mistake or if your products are materially or otherwise flawed. Please note that this does not apply to supplied items.
Due to the custom nature of your order, FireLake Designs accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will then replace the order or credit your invoice at our discretion.

Once an order is submitted you have 48 hrs to make any changes. Any changes or additions after 48 hrs may incur additional fees such as restocking fees of up to 20%. Changes or additions to your order may delay turnaround time.

For screen printing we require 12 minimum if you purchase your garments from us. If you are supplying the garments there is a minimum of 50 pieces. There is no minimum for embroidery or direct print.

FireLake Designs always offers quantity discounts, meaning the more you order at one time, the more discount you will receive.
No, you can mix and match however you like as long as we can print the same size design on all.
Yes, a white t-shirt with a 1 color print is the cheapest combination of shirt and services offered.
Yes. However this is at your own risk. FireLake Designs will NOT replace any damaged item that was not purchased through us. We will require you to sign a form when placing an order of supplied items acknowledging we are not responsible for supplied items.

For spot color designs, we try to stay around 6 (dark shirts must count 1 color as a white under base). Contact a sales rep if you need more than 6 colors.

Simulated or 4 color process printing can reproduce an almost indefinite number of colors; however the minimum order size is 50 T-shirts. This method of printing is for photorealistic screen-printing.

We can print on most any brand, if you do not specify we generally print on Gildan, G200.
The best file types are .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .psd (Adobe Photoshop). You can also submit a high resolution .jpg or pdf. The higher the resolution the better we can separate the layers. We recommend 300 dpi. If the artwork is not manageable we can rework it with a $25/hr art fee.
FireLake Designs can provide an electronic proof with your order via email (if available). We strive to fulfill your expectations and will make changes until you are satisfied. If you prefer to have a printed sample in hand, you may place a minimum order of just 12 shirts.
The Plastisol ink we utilize for screen printing is very durable and will hold up for years. We recommend machine-washing your screen printed t-shirts inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low (unless the garment tag calls for a different drying procedure). We do not recommend dry cleaning any screen printed garments.

The type of shirt, color, quantity, size and logo or image you need us to print. If you're sending an email make sure to have this information written in, it makes it a smoother process for the both of us. You may send any order or questions to

An embroidery order is quoted based upon estimated stitch count and quantity. We give a firm cost of your order in advance upon review of your design. Some designs may take 24hrs for a quote. Additional charges will apply for rush orders.
We are a custom embroidery company and do not offer many stock designs. We do however have a small collection you can choose from. Call the store front and they will make arrangements for you to view them at the production shop. We will digitize your logo or design or work with professionally digitized embroidery-ready files supplied by you.
There is a charge to make your design ready for embroidery. This charge is dependent on the number of stitches and complexity of your design. An exact quote can be given after our embroidery department reviews your design.
For new custom designs, a stitch out is created here and emailed in JPEG format for your review and approval. A stitch out can also be viewed in person at your request. If you require your stitch out to be mailed to you, a $10.00 charge per sample plus postage will be applied. In either case, an approval signature will be required to complete your order. Fax your approval signature to (405) 214-0901.
Our standard turnaround time for a basic order is 10 business days after your approval of a digitized design. Allow additional time for shipping if required.
We primarily use Digicat on our T-shirts. It has the widest color selection in the industry and has a long life! For Signs, windows and that sort of job we use Arlon Brand with a 6 year outdoor durability. It could last longer depending on proper care and environment.
You can order them with brass grommets for easier hanging. Please contact us if you require special hanging needs.
The materials you choose for your sign will determine the life of the sign. You can visit with one of our sales reps for specifics. However, the life also depends on your care of the sign.

Check out our Distance Chart before placing your order. Some products have a limit to height of letters, make sure to contact us if you have any questions of special requirements so that we can recommend the best product for your project.

Due to different monitor calibrations and settings, some colors may not always match the ones on your computer monitor. We do attempt to get the closest match however.
We recommend waiting 48 to 72 hours before washing & waxing your vehicle.
Depends on the size and complexity of the lettering. We can provide a step by step instruction sheet.
Bubbles are something that is unavoidable in vinyl lettering, with the majority of bubbles smaller than a dime vanishing over time as the air is absorbed back out into the air. Larger bubbles, however, will require the middle of the bubble to be pricked with a sharp needle, using your finger to push the excess air/fluid to the center, making sure to push equally on all sides.
No. Unfortunately because there is time that goes into making the art we do not make proofs without a deposit or a purchase order. You have the option of paying a $25/hr art fee before placing the final order.
The fee is for the time the Graphic artist spends to make your custom order as perfect as you have envisioned. Art rendering fees are based on the complexity of the design. In some cases artwork is done at no charge.
